Cancellation Policy
At Norwood Tax & Advisory, we strive to provide a smooth and convenient scheduling process for all clients. Appointments can be booked online through our website or by contacting our office directly. Scheduling: Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please provide all necessary documents and information prior to your appointment to ensure a productive session. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled without sufficient notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Consultations & Payments: Initial consultations may have a fee, which can be applied toward services if you proceed. Payments for services are due at the time of the appointment or via our secure online payment system. Our goal is to make your experience efficient and stress-free while ensuring you receive the highest level of professional service.
